10) A person can have up to 5 characters, but only 2 may be from the Sailor Moon series.The other three you can make up.Exception for those who want to be a villian. See the villian sign up page in "Join" for more info.I will only take the first 3 people who sign up for villian. Those who want to be a villian e-mail me if u have any questions.

9) No cursing! Well you can but not alot! No bads words one right after another! Keep it at a very bare minimum. If I have to tell you more then 4 times you are out of this rpg! NAd no sex of any sort, kissing is fine but nothing more!!! KEEP THIS RPG CLEAN OR I WILL KICK YOU OUT!!

8) Your character can not be god! No all powerful characters! No exceptions! Your character can and will be hurt! You character has flaws, everyone does live with it!

7) If you are killed in this RPG then you are dead no coming back to life unless I give the okay. And don't just make it simple like okay so and so is hit and they died. Make it interesting.

6) For Sailor Moon related charies..... Given time you can power up like going to Super Sailor____  then later to Eternal Sailor____  every character starts off  original, no Super or Eternal senshi.Unless you are being a character from the Sailor Moon series, then you can be up to a Super Sailor no Eternal, not yet. And no new weapons, powers and/or attacks unless you ask me and I give the okay. And with the use of you attacks(powers) over time you should weaken a bit. Not saying to the point where you die, but you get tied. You can't keep using you powers over and opver and not get tired, it doesn't work that way.

5) This is all in third person, he, she etc. etc.

4) If I find too many OOC:: post I'm gonna get ticked off! So don't mess the rpg up with all these Out of Character post please!

3) Don't ignore other peoples post!! Read them!!! If you are un sure of what is happening e-mail me, or another character on the RPG to see. If you are gonna be gone for a long time, please post and tell us so. It's much better to know that you're gone and not just ignoring someones post.

2) If you make up a character I'm gonna need you to make a profile! You don't have to have a picture of your character but it would be very nice to see what your character looks like.I will put the pictures in your characters profiles.

1) Please Please!!!! If you are being a character from the Sailor Moon series, i ask you to try atleast to be something like the character! Try to play like the character. Not a big huge deal but It makes me kinda angry when people mess up a character.You may not RP until i e-mail you back and give you the okay. oh and please STICK TO THE STORY!
